Well, 91 is X_QueryColors so I guess the xrdb setting are setting something Emacs does not. I should be able to track it down with this info.

Make sure all these places aren't setting any X resource that applies to Emacs.

Most of the items you mention are not defined. The only one that
mentions emacs is xrdb -query:
