bug#5070: 23.1; rmailmm.el fails to decode pdf attachment properly

From: Walter Neumann
Subject: bug#5070: 23.1; rmailmm.el fails to decode pdf attachment properly
Date: Sun, 29 Nov 2009 00:31:31 -0500

Opening the mail file available at
http://math.columbia.edu/~neumann/uut with rmail, typing "v" to decode
the message and then "return" on the pdf file link to save the
attached pdf file saves the pdf file still encoded in BASE64 instead
of decoding it to a pdf file.
Using emacs 23.1 and most recent cvs version of rmailmm.el (1.16).
