Good catch.  It should be fixed now (as r100895).  Thanks.

BTW, does debbugs have a feature to tag epg related bug?  I usually
search the bugdb with "encrypt", "decrypt", "gnupg", etc. and possibly
there might have been bugs left unnoticed.
