Seems it was broken by 2010-05-19 Eli Zaretskii Redesign and reimplement bidi-aware edge positions of glyph rows. The test in overlay_arrow_at_row fails (MATRIX_ROW_START_CHARPOS (row) == marker_position (val)) since the left hand side is always 0.
