I can reproduce this, though I don't think it's a bug (though it is ugly).

I can reproduce this with 23.1, but not 23.2 or any later version:

c:/dfp-stack/P4CONFIG
[...]
Thu Oct 14 04:36:21 2010 server <127.0.0.1:50378>: New file: c:/foo
[...]
