bug#7870: 24.0.50; Build failure of trunk on gtk3

Gtk3 is still evolving, and Emacs doesn't try to keep in sync all the time. 
I'm about to check in a new update for Gtk3 in a few days or so.  There has 
been massive Gtk3-changes lately.
