bug#8659: 24.0.50; doc string of comment-end-skip

comment-start-skip:
"*Regexp to match the start of a comment plus everything up to its

comment-end-skip:
"Regexp to match the end of a comment plus everything up to its body."
 
The latter seems wrong.  End of a comment up to the comment's body?  Is
it "up to" that is wrong/odd ("back to"), or is the comment's body not
the text that is commented out?
 
comment-end-skip was added long after comment-start-skip.  I wonder
whether this is just the result of a lazy copy+paste?  In any case, the
text is unclear to me.
