bug#8671: 23.3.50; Inconsistent default bindings for diff in vc

In most uses in the various vc modes, showing diffs is bound to =, but
in vc-annotate the two diff commands are bound to d and D, which came as
a surprise when I tried hitting = in a vc-annotate buffer and nothing
happened.

Could = not be added as an alternate default binding for
vc-annotate-show-diff-revision-at-line?
