bug#9016: 23.3.50; Remove over-detailed documentation from ediff manual

The ediff manual says:

If you want Ediff to be loaded from the very beginning of your Emacs
session, you should put this line in your `~/.emacs' file:

     (require 'ediff)

Otherwise, Ediff will be loaded automatically when you use one of the
above functions, either directly or through the menus.

This looks like it dates from a time before ediff was part of Emacs and
has since been edited to acknowledge autoload, but really, autoloading
makes this entire section redundant.

I suggest therefore that this section be removed.
