Sorry for the long delay. I cannot reproduce this. If you still see the
problem with the latest version of Emacs, please send a complete recipe
starting from `emacs -Q', that says exactly what goes wrong. Eg:
emacs -Q liblpatom.c
M-x goto-line 120
TAB
now text is indented to column 999
