bug#10692: 23.4; On MS-Windows: digest-doc.exe is now 50kb in stead of 25kb in 23.3 and triggers a virus warning whereas the version in 23.3 does not

This turned out to be a false alarm caused by a certain MinGW gcc 
compiler version used to compile the binaries. I recompiled the binaries 
with gcc 4.4.0 and the scanner does not alert anymore.

The new binaries will be uploaded to the ftp site in the near future.
