bug#10551: 23.3; MAC OS X Emacs doesn't get all colors

Hi Glenn,

The MAC OS X Emacs version has not been compiled by me, but David Caldwell, 
whose email is cced here, too.

It looks building as a root shouldn't be a resolution of it, and I feel it 
should be taken care of it in gnu emacs team.
