It would be useful to be able to build a local emacs with all the lisp code
that gets installed in /usr/share/emacs/$VERSION and /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp
dumped into the binary for fast startup. There's a kludgey way to do it at
http://emacswiki.org/emacs/DumpingEmacs, but it would be neat to have it
properly built in to the makefile.
