bug#11159: 24.0.92; epa-insert-keys

From: Richard Stallman
Subject: bug#11159: 24.0.92; epa-insert-keys
Date: Tue, 03 Apr 2012 00:32:51 -0400

M-x epa-insert-keys pops up a buffer for selecting keys. C-c C-c
ought to work to finish the selection and proceed, as it is the usual
way to do this in Emacs.

It looks like C-M-c actually does proceed, but it gives no indication
of doing so, and that us confusing.
