Evaluating (menu-bar-mode nil) fails to remove menubar as it should.

Running interactive command menu-bar-mode toggles the menubar as
expected.

Evaluating (menu-bar-mode t) causes the menu bar to appear, as expected.




In GNU Emacs 24.1.1 (x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, X toolkit, Xaw3d scroll bars)
