bug#12269: 24.1.50; (elisp) Low-Level Parsing: need xref to explanation

From: Drew Adams
Subject: bug#12269: 24.1.50; (elisp) Low-Level Parsing: need xref to explanation of state
Date: Fri, 24 Aug 2012 08:33:06 -0700

In (elisp): `i parse-partial-sexp RET'

Node Low-Level Parsing provides less information than does the doc
string for the function. The node needs a cross reference to the part
of the manual where the parsing state is described/explained (`Parser
State', I believe).
