bug#12649: TUTORIAL: example doesn't works as it wrote

Thanks, this is already fixed for the next release.  The tutorial now
says:

  >> Create a file named "foo" by typing C-x C-f foo <Return>.
     Then type C-x b TUTORIAL <Return> to come back to this tutorial.
