This is fixed by an additional binding to C-c C-a C-a in official
release V1.3.1. Latest version at
http://www.merten-home.de/FreeSoftware/rst_el/ .

This is in the SVN revision r7490 upstream in the Docutils project
(see
http://docutils.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/docutils/trunk/docutils/tools/editors/emacs/)
and r109303 in Emacs Bazaar (see
http://docutils.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/docutils/trunk/docutils/tools/editors/emacs/).
