bug#13037: 24.3.50; FR: vc (git, bzr, ?): Provide a way to clean the src tree

Provide a generic way to spring clean a versioned tree.

I use 
    git clean -d -f

and 
    bzr clean-tree --detritus

I am not sure whether other VCS provide a convenient command to clean up
the tree.  A way to delete /all/ unregistered stuff in *vc-dir* buffer
would be nice.
