It does to me, and I already explained why.  Twice.

A constructive disagreement is the one where arguments of your
opponent are accepted, digested, and then countermanded by explaining
_why_ they are incorrect.  Simply reiterating your opinion
disregarding anything I say to back up mine does not make a useful
discussion.
