bug#13148: 24.2.90; Flymake manual error

The flymake manual says:

`flymake-buildfile-dirs'
     A list of directories (relative paths) for searching a buildfile.
     *Note Locating the buildfile::.

This variable does not exist.  Which BTW, makes flymake useless for the
case when you compile to a separate object directory.
