No, it fails...

Sincerely, I expected the failure. Why changing WINDOWSNT with HAVE_NTGUI should work? Cygwin, ideally, should work as on GNU/Linux. Here I do GTK builds.

BTW, rev. 113449 bootstraps fine on Cygwin too.
