bug#14924: 24.3.50; Index face inheritance in Elisp manual

Using substring matching, there is no index-entry match for `inherit'
that pertains to face attribute inheritance.  There should be.

(Keywords such as `:inherit' should also be indexed, but Emacs Dev has
declined to offer that user help several times in the past, so I have
little hope there.)
