bug#15607: default-directory set to / when launch from Mac OS Dock

sorry to have missed filling the details while filing the report.

As YAMAMOTO Mitsuharu describes in

I can confirm that the -psn_* option is no longer passed as args when
launched from GUI under OSX 10.9.
