bug#15946: 24.3; Mac OS X, Mavericks, distnoted process

From: Jan Djärv
Subject: bug#15946: 24.3; Mac OS X, Mavericks, distnoted process
Date: Tue, 26 Nov 2013 08:50:36 +0100

Hello.

I can not reproduce this. Does it happen when you start with -Q and then do
nothing else? I tried with trunk and downloaded binaries from the site
(release and latest). I ran them on two computers with 10.9. I once managed to
get a distnoted process to use 1.2 percent CPU, but otherwise they where steady
at 0 - 0.3 % no matter what I did in Emacs. I monitored the trunk build for a
whole workday, about 8 hours.
