1. Get rid of the toolbar by 'M-x tool-bar-mode'
2. 'M-x toggle-frame-fullscreen'
3. 'M-x menu-bar-mode'
The frame height is too high. The frame extends above the top of the
screen and below the bottom of the screen, meaning the menubar height
is couted with a wrong value.
