bug#15397: acknowledged by developer (control message for bug #15397)

From: Drew Adams
Subject: bug#15397: acknowledged by developer (control message for bug #15397)
Date: Sun, 9 Feb 2014 15:00:05 -0800 (PST)

What does this close message mean? It is the only message
I received. Was the bug fixed?

Bug filers should be informed wrt what action has been taken
- and why. They should not see only "closed".
