Hi,
I installed Emacs 24.3 using Homebrew on my Mac OS X 10.9.3 with the command
brew install emacs --use-git-head --cocoa --srgb
And I can repro the bug.

Hello.
I can't reproduce this with trunk or the emacs-24 branch or a compiled 24.3
from the tarball.
