I meant: the shells included in Cygwin are not representative of all the weird old /bin/sh shells out there in Unix-land, on which people like to build Emacs one week before (or after) the release, only to find it does not configure. It's trivial to avoid any problem. We already spent more time talking about it than it would take to just fix it.
