The form of the LIGHTER arg, and thus of the value of keyword :lighter,
is not specified. Please specify it.
It is enough to make a proper reference to the doc of
`minor-mode-alist', if you want. But users deserve some description of
the what is expected for LIGHTER/:lighter.
