bug#20065: 24.4.90; PAGER variable missed in TRAMP connection init

Hmm... I missed that in 24.4.90 PAGER (and other variables) setted in one
step via HERE-DOC construct instead of many sequent commands:

Anyway, problem with git behavior on remote host, related to pager
definition, stays as it is.
