bug#21415: 25.0.50; Emacs Trunk -- pixelwise width/height for x-create-frame

I was able to successfully build Emacs master branch today on 10.6.8 -- 
emacs-repository-version "937565268a5dc3377d4c9bff6d48eb3645a77160".

I am not aware of any other open OSX specific bugs.
