Actually, LRM should also work, you just need to put it on both sides
of the footnote, like below:

בְּרֵאשִׁ֖ית\footnoteA{This is a Hebrew related footnote} בָּרָ֣א אֱלֹהִ֑ים
אֵ֥ת הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם וְאֵ֥ת הָאָֽרֶץ׃

\end{hebrew}
