bug#22639: 24.5; "emacsclient -t" inside Emacs "M-x term" completely blo

Subject: bug#22639: 24.5; "emacsclient -t" inside Emacs "M-x term" completely blocked UI when press M-x inside emacsclient (in terminal frame) untill I kill emacsclient process.

Reproduced on manually-compiled 24.5.3 running under i3wm on Debian Jessie(+updates) x86_64.
