I forgot to mention.  With the results you get from IMAXGRAF, you will NOT need a 4:1 balun.  Instead just place a 1:1 at the ladder line / coax junction to minimize any rf getting past that point and finding its way along the coax and back into your shack.  I've been using this method to build lots of antennas over the years.  Lots of fun!
