bug#23370: 25.0.92; (c-mode) align* defuns break when '[]' present in function arguments

align defuns don't work right when '[]' is present in arguments of
function definitions/declarations.

How to reproduce: create a file, say test.c with the following content:

int
main (int| argc,
      char *argv[]);

Now try to align the content column wise using M-x align-current.
This fails to align the content right.

This may also be tested by selecting the whole buffer and using M-x
align, which doesn't work either.

When [] is replaced with *, it works right:

int
main (int| argc,
      char **argv);

And do M-x align-current aligns the content right.
