From 43c28fe338ec99f7f36108b7a2fab0ecd6a284c9 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Paul Eggert Date: Wed, 4 May 2016 16:44:37 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] 'text-quoting-style' now affects only ` and ' Change 'text-quoting-style' so that it no longer affects formatting of curved quotes in format arguments to functions like 'message'.
