Thanks so much for both of you; Yes it helps and resolves the problem to visit the directory with what you said: C-x RET c utf-8 RET C-x C-f FILE-NAME RET However: 1- why this happened; I just had this problem 2 days ago!! 2- what should I do to resolve it permenantly?
