I've developed a Tuvan Cyrillic input method and would like to get it added to Emacs. It is heavily based on the existing `cyrillic-yawerty' input method for the Cyrillic script with three additional letters. I attach a patch generated by `git diff`. I've tested the patch on a fresh pull of master and it worked fine.
