Perfect. I wasn’t able to find similar case to mine in the current git log 
where someone has
changed the same function in plenty of files. It looks really strange to 
copy-and-paste the same
explanation for each file / function. Hope it is better now. Btw. why in my 
patch next to the ID
is so strange date? Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001?

Subject: [PATCH] Removed explicit call to (point) function in (push-mark)
 calls

* lisp/allout.el (allout-mark-topic): When there are no arguments passed to
  the (push-mark) function then current point position is being used
  by default.
