I have found what is wrong and how I did not see
that bug earlier. See below.

I have now recompiled Emacs with Lucid toolkit.

What I remember is that I used it for months
without the scrollbar, to spare the space on
screen.

Recently, I started using it with the default
option, so scrollbar is on the left in Lucid kit
(I guess so).

I have tested it now on:
emacs-repository-version
"cf1da46761675f1886e54765fa213c7bd7d93437"

with Lucid tool kit.

I found out, if I turn off the scroll bar, the
emacsclient invoked frames appear without
problems.

If I turn on scroll bar, on left or right side, I
get that bug message.
