Running Emacs 25.3.1, I run into the error:
Error in post-command-hook (erc-scroll-to-bottom): (error "‘recenter’ing
a window that does not display current-buffer.")

From 'emacs -Q' this can be reproduced by evaluating:
(require 'erc-goodies)
(setq erc-input-line-position -1)
(erc-scrolltobottom-enable)

Join a server; join a channel and wait for all the text to load; join
another channel, then switch back to previous channel.
