bug#29883: Emacs server not detected in Mac OS High Sierra

From: Artemio González López
Subject: bug#29883: Emacs server not detected in Mac OS High Sierra
Date: Fri, 29 Dec 2017 00:04:41 +0100

When a .tex file is opened in Emacs 25.3.1 under macOS 10.13.2 High Sierra by
double-clicking on it always launches a second instance of Emacs, even if a
server process is already running (launched by a “(server-start)” line at the
beginning of my .emacs file). This problem did not occur in the previous system
(macOS 10.12 Sierra).

In GNU Emacs 25.3.1 (x86_64-apple-darwin13.4.0, NS appkit-1265.21 Version
10.9.5 (Build 13F1911))
 of 2017-09-12 built on builder10-9.local
Windowing system distributor 'Apple', version 10.3.1561
Configured using:
 'configure --with-ns '--enable-locallisppath=/Library/Application
 Support/Emacs/${version}/site-lisp:/Library/Application
