Emacs build fails on MacOSX.5 ppc with the following error message in the log:
:info:configure configure: error: Emacs does not support 'powerpc- apple-darwin9.8.0' systems. 
:info:configure If you think it should, please send a report to 
bug-gnu-emacs@gnu.org
Am I beyond redemption for using something so old, or can something be done for the ppc Luddites?
