I encountered the same problem some time ago,
the solution is to increase the main_memory
of TeX. Assuming that you use teTeX, you can
change this in the file pointed at by
'kpsewhich texmf.cnf'.
By the way, when I tried your example with Lilypond 1.3.87,
TeX used only 250899 words of memory.
I don't think it's the total size of the score that's the
problem, rather that you have such a large number of beams,
slurs, tuplet brackets on a single page (they are drawn
using embedded Postscript code, which TeX has to remember
until the full page is output).
