I don't understand exactly what you mean, but you have to be careful 
with jazz music as for something to have gone out of copyright 
worldwide, the composer, lyricist, editor and arranger all must have 
died over seventy years ago. Some early jazz music is in this position, 
eg. Scott Joplin, but certainly not all.

If you want to contribute any of this out-of-copyright jazz music to 
Mutopia then we'll be very grateful!
