Between version 1.3.150 and 1.3.151, lilypond-book was changed
such that
@lilypond[relative]
produced
\relative c'{
instead of
\relative c{
as it used to be.
Was this change intentional? At least, there are a number of
examples in the manual that assume the old semantics and
now are typeset one octave too high.
