CHANGES page displayed empty on Netscape

Hello,

When I click CHANGES on the Lilypond 'General information' page I get an
entirely white page. Looking at the source I see that there is definitely
an interesting list of changes; but it is not displayed by Netscape 4.7 on
my ancient SuSE Linux box. Of course I can read the changes with lynx (or
from the source), but well, I thought I should still mention it. 

I ran the
http://lilypond.org/development/Documentation/out-www/CHANGES.html page
through the W3C html validator and it reported some errors. My HTML
knowledge is very very rudimentary and I could not see what was so wrong
about the quoted allegedly erroneous parts of code. But apparently
something is wrong. Maybe the fatal bug is only in Netscape. I also viewed
the page with Konqueror (on some newer machine) and that went just fine.
