Bugs in 1.4.5

Hi,

Back in town after one week of symphony orchestra playing, 
- great vacation.

I noticed that the filledbox command has changed from using
\vrule to using embedded ps. I think this gives several
disadvantages: in 1.4.5, the end of the staff lines don't
meet the final bar line of each staff (a bug that doesn't
belong to a stable release). However, there's a more severe
disadvantage, namely that the score is almost unreadible 
in xdvi since the vertical position of the postscript lines 
is rounded such that the distance between the staff lines 
is uneven and it's almost impossible to see if a note is
placed on a staff line or between them. Of course, this is
not a problem in the PS version of the scores. 

I tried to process input/test/orchestscore.ly but
got an ugly error printout. The file runs fine in 1.4.4.
