Summary: Delimiter in DATA LIST FREE command

Original Submission: PSPP's DATA LIST FREE command lacks spss's ability to
explicitly sepcify the delimiters to use. This makes it impossible to parse
some text files, particularly those generated from popular spreadsheet programs.

For example:

DATA LIST FREE "," /name (a) age * .
BEGIN DATA.
Fred Bloggs, 34
George W. Bush, 5
Mr. Bean, 15
David, 43
END DATA.
